PuMP® Blueprint Workshop 3-Day Transfer

Were you unable to attend a PuMP® Blueprint Workshop that you registered and paid for?

Were you unable to make a substitution for a colleague to attend in your place?

To be considered for a transfer of your registration, the following guidelines must be met:

• You were a registered and paid participant who did not attend a public workshop.
• You canceled your attendance less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop.
• There was no substitution of a different participant from your organization.
• You have received written approval (by email) from Louise Watson to transfer to another public workshop.

Terms and Conditions

Upon approval from Louise Watson, you understand that you have the option to transfer your registration to a future Canadian public workshop (one transfer only).

• The workshop you are transferring to must be within 12 months of the workshop you were registered for and unable to attend.
• You will pay a service fee for cancellation and transfer to a future workshop of $348 CAD + tax per registrant.
• You must specify which open public workshop you wish to transfer your registration to.
• Payment must be received more than 2 weeks prior to the new workshop.
• You understand that no further transfers will be offered.
• You agree to the following Terms and Conditions of your original PuMP® Performance Measure Blueprint Workshop registration:

Program Changes

Louise Watson reserves the right to alter dates and/or times of the workshop if registration criteria are not met or if conditions beyond her control occur. All efforts will be made to contact each registrant if changes occur. If the program is not held for any reason, Louise’s liability is limited to the workshop fee only.

Intellectual Property
Certification and training in PuMP® is for internal facilitation within your organization and personal use only. Any other use of PuMP® requires permission from Stacey Barr.
