During your private workshop, participants learn the PuMP® Blueprint 8-Step process and practice new techniques with a real–life case study. Then the group implements what they learned, translating their own organization’s goals into results and designing more meaningful measures for those goals (with the guidance and mentorship of your expert PuMP® instructor)
