PUMP Facilitation Training Package Installment 1

Purpose: to empower PuMP-trained individuals to more successfully and confidently lead small teams through the 8-steps of the PuMP Performance Measurement process.
Outcome: each participant has a deeper understanding of what it takes to be an effective facilitator, as well as how to apply a larger toolbox to specifically facilitate PuMP Measures teams through the critical conversations that create more meaningful KPIs and insights for decision-making within their organization.
What is included:
- Expert PuMP Facilitator and Trainer to lead the workshop training and practice.
- 1 Discovery and planning meeting (up to 1 hour, virtual)
- 2 sessions of 4 hours each (in-person) for up to 5 participants. You can add additional people for $875.00 per person, plus tax.
- 1 post-session follow-up and coaching session (up to 1 hour virtual)
- 1 soft copy per person of the Booklet: Empowering PuMP Facilitators
- Pre-requisite: all participants must be PuMP trained during either a private or public workshop delivered by a Licensed PuMP Partner. They must have also experienced leading a small group through the 8 steps of PUMP.

Terms and Conditions
If a session is rescheduled or cancelled more than 20 business days prior to the meeting date, there will be no consequences. However, if canceled or rescheduled within 20 business days of scheduled session start time, Adura Strategy reserves the right to retain the agreed upon deposit and charge for time spent to date that exceeds the deposit amount (if any).
