Location: Delivered online to wherever you are in the Americas.
Workshop Fee: Early Bird pricing is $2980.00 plus applicable tax. Registration must be complete by February 5, 2025, at 3 pm Pacific Time to take advantage of early-bird pricing. The regular price is $3750.00 plus tax.

Terms & Conditions
The PuMP® Public Online Interactive Workshop Registration Terms and Conditions
- Workshop Run dates: Monday, February 24 – Friday, February 28, 2025, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific time (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern)
Guarantee: If during the program you decide to withdraw due to the workshop not delivering what it promised to you, and you wish to obtain your money-back guarantee, you must do so in writing within 1 week of your program withdrawal date.
Substitution Policy
You may make participant substitutions up to February 17, 2025, 12:00 PM Pacific time
- Substitution requests must be made in writing by the above deadline and include the name and email address of the substitute.
- The participant is responsible for delivering the workbook set to the substitute before the start time of Day 1 of training.
- There are no substitutions allowed after the February 17, 2025 deadline.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registered participants who cancel may choose to (1) access the following refund policy, or (2) transfer to a future course. See the following deadlines:
- 100% refund up to February 5, 2025, 3 PM Pacific time.
- 50% refund up to February 10, 2025, 3 PM Pacific time.
- No refunds after February 10, 2025, 3 PM Pacific time
- You can transfer your registration to a future course with a $398 (plus tax) service fee per registrant at any time up to 2 business days in advance of Day 1 training start time (only one transfer is allowed per registration).
Session recordings are available during the week of the workshop. They will be removed on March 3, 2025, at 3 PM Pacific time.
Program Changes
Adura Strategy reserves the right to alter dates and/or times of the program if registration criteria are not met or if conditions beyond our control occur. All efforts will be made to contact each registrant if changes occur. If the program is not held for any reason, Adura Strategy’s liability is limited to the program fee only.
